Historical Basementia™

Basementia™ is the dba of Basement Productions, Inc., an independent multimedia design and print production company.

Over the years Basement Productions, Inc. has acquired departments, vision, experience, and a network of talented creative individuals with an endless supply of ingenuity. The company was initially conceived in 1996 as a recording studio. When Basementia™ was formally incorporated in 2003, our original mission statement forged a blend of artistic and social intents with the keyword "profit":

We believe in the intrinsic value of creativity and uphold the importance of free thinking in modern society. We encourage the evolution of the artistic community and believe that through promoting artists and their works, we can profit the artists, ourselves, and the world.

While we still find these sentiments admirable, we soon found that our business plan required a more specific mission statement, and we amended it:

It is the mission of Basement Productions, Inc. to promote small businesses, especially home-based enterprises, including individual entrepreneurs and creative endeavors of all kinds. In doing so, we seek to make such home-based businesses a more integral and profitable sector of our society and its economy.
