If you are a customer

You can call Basementia’s customer service department at 260-226-3464.  We will not actually answer the phone.  But if you leave a message proving that you’re not a telemarketer or a ranter (see below) with your name, your phone number, and your e-mail address; then we’ll be sure to get back to you right away, and we’ll be happy to help.

If you just want to vent about politics

First, before you contact us, you must pay good money and make a purchase.  If you have not made a purchase, you may not contact us with commentary about the ideas expressed in our content.  Even if you have made a purchase, any comments you make must be civil, polite, non-threatening, and may not contain obscenities.  If you violate these terms, you will not receive a response, and we may take action against you to the fullest extent provided by law.

With that said:  Yes, it’s true.  Some of Basementia’s featured artists and authors have exercised their First Amendment right to free speech.

If you have made a purchase, and you disagree with the ideas expressed therein: the ideas expressed are the author’s own, and do not necessarily represent the views of Basementia, its owners, employees, management, or affiliates.  In the event that one of our artists or authors has provided a feedback mechanism bundled with their work; or if they have explicitly requested your feedback: then please contact the artist or author directly, through the channels provided.  In all other cases, why are you still reading this?  Stop complaining, and go do something constructive.  Start your own blog, and post your views there.  Write your own book, explaining why you think the other book got it wrong.  If your book is good enough, we might even be willing to carry it for distribution through our website.
